  This place sucks. My company has a contract with these people. We pay for shipping from our home base. We pay for labels. We pay to have them printed at the location that we are going to send packages from. I go to this location to try to do exactly this, and they try to tell me that I need to pay an additional $2 just to print the label? That has already been paid for through our contract? They are double dipping. Then they give me some bull**** saying that they are privately owned, and have always required this. Even though for the last 5 years that I have lived here and used this location I have never paid a fee to have them print off a label. Thieves, liars, and misrepresentation of their business. They suck. And tried to gaslight me when I pushed back and questioned their VERY questionable practices. If you are doing anything besides dropping off a prelabeled package, I encourage you to use a different method or business, as this behavior should not be tolerated.

  Walk in walk out returns are excellent and easy, get my money back next day for any issues with products, great store

  UPS is not what it used to be. During my last visit, a counter clerk became visibly stressed and defensive over a simple address correction. When the customer insisted on correcting the error, the clerk told them to just accept the wrong address. As things grew tense, the clerk threw their hands in the air and walked away, forcing a colleague to step in. This kind of unprofessional behavior makes the branch look uncaring and poorly trained. Management seriously needs to invest in better customer service education.

  Two different people misquoted me. I asked how much packaging and shipping would be so I could mail a product to a buyer and they could pay me accordingly. Both people quoted me $20ish dollars. I got first quote yesterday and went to ship today. I was told my total was $24 something. I ASKED of that included packing and shipping and was told yes. When it came time to pay I was charged $47 and it was explained that the $24 was just for packing. I’m just trying to make ends meet like anyone else and I can’t make a profit or quote buyers accurately when staff aren’t being up front about cost. Super upset and won’t be using this carrier again. Yall like to leave my packages in the rain too despite the fact that I have a large covered porch.
