In the mailbox was a notice 1st attempt failed. Ive waited 11 days for this letter. How is it failed when you didn't bring it to the door. To be pd big bucks it would a plus to do the job like your supposed to. Highly frustrating 😑. I understand the holiday and being busy at your job as customer service. I do it daily myself...but come on its part of what you get paid for. Ladies at the post office itself were amazing.
