- MWMasein williamsJul 13, 20261.0Terrible experience came in and lobby was empty no one came in behind me and john was sitting there explaining to me that he cannot scan my packages i need a manifest.(I only had 20) he took the time to say he doesnt have the people to do it and explained to me what a manifest was which took over 5 minutes. He couldve been done scanning my packages but instead didnt want to do his job. Pathetic for being an employee for over 10 years. Also I told him last time bedford scanned over 100 packages for me and didnt ask for a manifest or refuse my service and he said we'll then go to bedford then. Absolute terrible way to run a business. And yes I went to bedford and they scanned every package with joy. Dont waste your time here go to bedford way more polite and helpful.
