- W•Aaliyah’s World•Sep 18, 20261.0The service at this location was very disappointing. I scheduled a passport appointment last week and was only notified today at 9:00 AM that the person who handles passports is not available on Fridays. Why wait until the day of my appointment to notify me? I originally scheduled my appointment for 10:00 AM, so if I had not rescheduled the time myself, I would have driven there and completely wasted my time. I made plans around getting my passport application completed today, so receiving this notification at the last minute was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. This could have easily been communicated when I scheduled the appointment or at least with more notice.
- GHGreg HanzakAug 5, 20265.0They are friendly and helpful in getting my packages out.
- DRDan RamerJul 15, 20265.0I have been here twice and both times the staff have been exceptionally kind and friendly. Open later than others. Recommend this one if you need postal service.
- MWMasein williamsJul 13, 20261.0Terrible experience came in and lobby was empty no one came in behind me and john was sitting there explaining to me that he cannot scan my packages i need a manifest.(I only had 20) he took the time to say he doesnt have the people to do it and explained to me what a manifest was which took over 5 minutes. He couldve been done scanning my packages but instead didnt want to do his job. Pathetic for being an employee for over 10 years. Also I told him last time bedford scanned over 100 packages for me and didnt ask for a manifest or refuse my service and he said we'll then go to bedford then. Absolute terrible way to run a business. And yes I went to bedford and they scanned every package with joy. Dont waste your time here go to bedford way more polite and helpful.
