  Absolutely horrible location. Took my wife here for a 6:30pm fingerprinting appointment and had to deal with their employee Matt. He was rude when telling us we'd have to wait for him but we can go start with the screen. He then proceeded to handle 2 people that walked in after us before finally helping. Matt was tweaking and unable to follow simple on screen prompts. He made multiple complaints that the owner shouldn't be doing the fingerprinting while continuously slamming the back button. Matt also claimed that we weren't supposed to have done anything when he clearly told us to start on the screen. He then exited the already filled form and when prompted to take pictures of the IDs on the new form he went into a panic saying it's not correct. Said multiple times he's been doing this for 6 years when he clearly had no clue what he was doing. Then in a fit he exits the second form and tells us we can go somewhere else. I absolutely will be going somewhere else. I will also be making a complaint to First Advantage Biometrics. You wasted 30 minutes for our "appointment".

  I've had so many issues with this UPS location. I only go here because I live right up the street and it's the quickest location for Amazon returns. They constantly give me and everyone else in line problems that no other UPS store would have. And no offense, both of the guys that are typically working behind the counter are so strange. It always feels like they're trying to force you to buy something, like 2 strands of tape to help secure a package a little better. ✌🏻

  Terrible people work here including their manager. Refused my package "because of the blue tape" and was trying to get extra money out of me for "taping over blue tape". I asked them to show me the rule in their books that says blue tape is not acceptable. They refused. I went to a different location and they accepted the shipment no problem. Specifically asked about the tape and they said it is okay.

  Had me waiting in like for 40 minutes just to tell me they need to serve the people BEHIND me in line? I needed a notary paper taken care of and his excuse was "it is gonna take too long" what a joke.

  I had 2 items to return and the QR code clearly stated "no box or label required ". The female clerk said she couldn't see that on her end and we needed to have boxes. This isn't the first time we have had an issue with this location. I notified UPS corporate.
