  Stay away from here. I didnt choose this place, CVG did which I sold house to, few months after selling my house, the mortgage company stated I still owe over $3,000 . I didnt pay off loan PERFORMANCE TITLE did. And when I asked for payoff letter, it states the amount, and PERFORMANCE TITLE choose to send them less and all i go from BRIAN Bauer was you do owe them sorry... my lawyer will figure out the rest. I wouldnt do any type of business with them...

  0 out of 10 customer service. When questioned about a detail of the closing documents I was met with attitude and defensiveness instead of reasoning and logic-even after going to other professionals who also had the same questions and thought I was absolutely right to ask for corrected tax documents. Now I will have to deal with the IRS over a minor oversight they weren't professional enough to simply admit to & correct.

  Misses deadlines, doesn't record deeds on time, makes statements such I don't need your business, combative etc. Have been a professional in this business for almost 2 decades. This guy is the worst in the title closing business in Greater Cincinnati. Have email correspondence to substantiate my claims.
