I didn't have to wait long, and the postal clerk suggested the options I had for sending my passport for renewal. My 4 stars more reflected on absolutely irritating phone customer service after a PRIORITY MAIL package scheduled for July 3rd delivery was still in transit on July 9. Paying for priority mail was a joke! I've always tried to support the U.S. Postal Service, but this is ridiculous!!!!
