They keep marking our mailbox vacant when they know it’s not and stealing our packages out of our mailbox and “sending them back to the shipper”. I literally just changed my address 2 weeks ago so they know it’s not vacant and they’ve done it to my wife multiple times in the year that she’s lived here. What they are doing here can’t be legal and should be reported.

Shout out to the USPS team at this location who continue to show up and serve us, no matter the circumstances. Have you seen it? Probably not—the smallest post officeI’ve ever seen in my life. And yet, this incredible team makes it work. They show up through the heat, the snow, the rain—and still manage to greet us with professionalism, patience, and care. Nothing is perfect, but to me, they are—because they give their best every single day. So here’s a huge thank you to David, Melinda, Jordan, Jessica, and Cody. I appreciate you all to the fullest. - RCRyan CusickMay 18, 20221.0Says they attempted my delivery. My delivery instructions very easily state what needs to be done to gain access to the building mail room. Everyone else figures it out. Why every-time my packages go through this location does it not get delivered. If your workers won’t do their job then replace them. It’s a recurring theme in your reviews that this happens.
