I have had repeated delivery problems from this post office. In the past, I have received my neighbor’s mail, my neighbor has received mine, and I have even had a package delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately, the problems continue. On Saturday, May 16, I received a special-order stamp purchase from USPS.com. It was a rainy day, and the envelope containing the stamps was completely drenched and the stamps ruined. On Monday, May 18, I went into the branch in person to show them the damaged envelope and stamps. I was told I needed to speak to a supervisor, but since one was not there, I was advised to “come back.” On Tuesday, May 19, I called and spoke to a supervisor. Instead of apologizing for the condition of the mail, he defended it by explaining that the area where they sort mail is not covered, so the envelope was exposed to rain during processing. I found that explanation unacceptable. Customers should not receive water-damaged mail because it was sorted outdoors or in an area exposed to the weather. Because the stamps were special edition, the local branch could not provide a refund or replacement. In addition to my branch visit and phone call, now I have to call USPS.com myself to try to resolve the issue. The amount of time and effort customers are expected to invest because of repeated mishandled deliveries and damaged mail is ridiculous. I expect better care, accountability, and customer service from the postal service.

lady at this post office wanted me to buy a 4 dollar roll of tape to tape my package shut, when there was tape on the counter right next to her (I wonder what for) Then had an obvious attitude when I gave her a negative review for the service after I paid for another item I was shipping. I am at work 8-5 m-f and coming to this office on my break (the only time I have and she was very rude all the other USPS stores are lenient when it comes to open packages especially when its small. Never going back here if she works there. would give 0 stars if i could.

experiences I’ve ever had at a United States Postal Service location. Around 12:44 PM, the staff member appeared careless, unprofessional, and not attentive to the situation at all. There was no clear communication or effort to help, and I left the counter feeling uncertain and frustrated. The way the interaction was handled makes me seriously question whether my package will be delivered correctly or safely. If anything is missing or goes wrong, there doesn’t seem to be any accountability. Overall, the service felt rushed and disorganized, and definitely not what you would expect from a postal service handling important deliveries.

Very little wait time. Has supplies to purchase such as tape, envelopes, lables, etc. if needed.

I don’t know who the woman is, but extremely rude. Why take the job, when you can’t even maintain basic etiquette and decency. Leave the job and let a poor person who is in need take your place. You are NOT doing a charity.
