- MSMalcolm S.Aug 12, 20261.0I have been using this post office for over 10 years. I have spent alot of money over the years shipping packages at this location. Everyone at this location has always been great EXCEPT for the older Indian lady at the counter. I asked her for a piece of tape to retape a package I already had a label on. She was kind enough to remind me they don't tape packages, customers have to buy the tape on the supply wall however, a roll of tape was right beside her. She has consistently been rude to me several times over the years over petty stuff, I mean really a piece of tape? I have witnessed several other occasions where she has also been disrespectful to customers infront of me. If I were your boss and caught you treating customers the way you have gotten away with for years, you would be in the unemployment line

I told the worker which labels went on which package, and after I got a return request from one of the buyers, I learned that this post office swapped the shipping labels. Also, with USPS in general, one of those other packages I had sent out (before I knew the labels were swapped) had been stuck in Columbus for a whole week.
