- CRCrystal RussellAug 12, 20253.0Nice employees, they feel like my soul family. Complaint though is the flooring! Is it the same flooring that was laid when the building was built? So worn and just down right ugly. Can the government not afford to have a nice new floor put in? Yuk!!!

They put in the system that they attempted to deliver but no one came to my house. Even tho they just needed to drop it off but instead they didnt want to deliver and put in the system they needed a code. No code was needed. While i went the first time to pick up my package the girl was vaping while loading several packages. Not to mention they give my mail to the neighbors all the time and I've delivered packages to the neighbors because they can't figure out addresses.

I ask her if I could get my package and she told me No, that she would not go to the back and get it and that I could wait on it! She was Not Busy and had a AWFUL attitude. I ask nicely and she came back with a piss pour attitude! Said she is not allowed to give out packages even if I have the email to verify it's mine. Well that's funny cause the other workers have given them to me. It's simply this one girl who I will indeed be putting a complaint in against her. Pure Laziness with bad attitude!
