Usually they're fine at what they do, but unfortunately they returned my package to the facility and stated my address was wrong when they delivered two of my packages that day they just didn't want to take the time and look for my other package, so you may not get your package when you technically should, because they don't feel like looking for it

Our mail carrier wont deliver our packages and never notified us because hes “deathly afraid of our dogs.” Not only do they hold our packages, but they held our mail until the point that we got a new mailbox to put by the road and hoped we would be able to get our mail. They never communicated that we wouldnt be receiving our mail or packages, and so our bills never came. Our ordered packages were labeled with “held at customer request” and they in-fact were not under our request. The communication between carrier and recipient is abysmal and all they could offer is opening a PO box. My moms disabled and my brothers in recovery for cancer, we dont have the time nor should we have to go to the post office for everything we should be receiving.

Carrier shoved an oversized package in my mail box, tore up my mail and broke the magnet that holds my mailbox door off!!
