- IRIsabella RodriguezMay 21, 20261.0The staff and clerks here are always nice, and have never been anything but helpful when I have to come in. The downfall of this location is whoever is in management, who also sometimes works the desk. They must be the most incompetent person I've ever encountered in my entire life. The entire process of creating a PO Box, forwarding mail and receiving important documents via the post office has been completely bungled because of this person. My mail, including my diploma and things from my bank, have been delayed up to two weeks because this person can't do their job correctly. For being a manager of something as important as mail, it's a public disservice to be this bad at your job. I seriously think the manager here should reconsider working at place less essential to daily life.

Bought stamps at the counter and ask for them to hand stamped. She said we would have to put the stamps on ourselves and bring them back. She pissed off her entire line too.
- AAAbigailMar 23, 20265.0Called in about a package from Germany ordered to PA that was 'delivered to an agent' in Kent (I went to college there, and it somehow got delivered to the dorms after sitting in customs for a while). Andrew knew of the kind of problem I was having, explained what he was going to do, found my package and got it sent to me (for free as well!). He followed up with me like he promised and was a great help, big thank you to Andrew!

He threw my package outside the store and refused to bring it in like all other carriers (UPS, FedEx) usually do. He shouted and left angrily without any respect. Completely unacceptable behavior.

I tried to call the store they never answer calls. If i have to go to their location everytime why am i even paying for their service. They should close this location down
