- M6Machinegun 6997Sep 8, 20261.0Its baffling to me how much time you can waste dealing with this post office. You can get a email notice saying that your package was attempted to be delivered but the carrier couldnt reach the delivery point, which they 100% can if they listened to the instructions, then call them to ask where your package is only to be told to come in later that day, go in at the time you're supposed to, and then get told to come in the next day, and repeat for however long it takes them to inconvienience you. Incompetence, and such attitudes from the workers.

- NGNick GardnerAug 10, 20261.0This company has the most pathetic excuse of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t try to call them for help if a package hasn’t been delivered. I got hung up on 3 times by the virtual assistant after being told the delivery failed and they will re-attempt tomorrow as if the day of the week is going to make any difference. I have had numerous issues in the past with this company. If you can avoid using them as a carrier for your packages it’s best you do!

The downfall of this location is whoever is in management, who also sometimes works the desk. They must be the most incompetent person I've ever encountered in my entire life. The entire process of creating a PO Box, forwarding mail and receiving important documents via the post office has been completely bungled because of this person. My mail, including my diploma and things from my bank, have been delayed up to two weeks because this person can't do their job correctly. For being a manager of something as important as mail, it's a public disservice to be this bad at your job. I seriously think the manager here should reconsider working at place less essential to daily life.

Bought stamps at the counter and ask for them to hand stamped. She said we would have to put the stamps on ourselves and bring them back. She pissed off her entire line too.
