They sure do love misdelivering your mail. They even delivered my bank debit card to my neighbor, but thankfully they returned it.

The old, white-haired lady working here is one of the laziest postal service workers I've ever come across, and I've come across some terrible postal service workers. She's completely rude. I came in to sign for and pick up a package I wouldn't be home to accept, and she wouldn't even go to get or look for the package. She just made a half-assed, no effort, fake attempt, and said "I didn't see it. The carrier will just leave a note if she can't fit it in the mailbox." Literally no attempt to even look for the package. I woke up early just for some lazy old woman to not do her job. I don't know who she is, but she should've been fired a long time ago if this is how she treats customers. I've come in early before to pick up packages so I wouldn't have to sign for them, and they've found the packages without problem. The only times they didn't are when she was the one up front.
Then there are the delivery drivers. One of my packages got delivered at 7:00 pm, well after closing time for the office. And one of my sister's packages got delivered well after 8:00 pm. The sheer incompetence and laziness of this facility both amazes and offends me.

I live 1,000 feet from the Ironton post office, it's awful, I can't get important mail or packages, but they can always deliver spectrum advertisements. They need a new Amazon delivery person

This office is the most helpful of any of the post offices within a reasonable distance from my home and that is why I go there often. They are excperionally helpful and make excellent suggestions on ways to be able to mail my packages for less while still making it to their destination on time. Kudos to all of the personnel there!
