- BCBennett CowieJun 6, 20261.0Bought a sports card on ebay and was notified that i had to pay extra postage to pick it up. Came to pick it up and the lady behind the counter says "baseball card?" while proceeding to bend the envelope nearly in half. Politely asked her not to do that and she and her colleague then snickered about me as I walk out. Open the letter and sure enough, card is bent and ruined. I believe the moniker "Good enough for government work" started here. Hudson USPS truly embodies the general notion that gov't workers don't care - because at this location they really don't.

I took my toddlers in for passports, which was inconvenient already at this time. I was told by the clerk that they don't do walk-ins and that she was not a passport clerk. Complete waste of my time and my entire family's. They don't need to do anything other than check our identification. It's not a big ask to not have false information on your website.
