- DAD A-BApr 8, 20261.0This location has serious issues with its business practices. They tried to charge me $3.42 just to receive a return label from Amazon—not to print it, just to open an email. As the cashier said, “We print it, it’s $3.42. You print it for free.” I’ve never seen another UPS store charge for this, and it feels like a rip-off. It got worse—I came back with another sealed package and was accused of using their packing materials, even though I had just left and returned. Completely baseless. I ended up driving 15 minutes to another location in Beavercreek and got the label printed for free. I’m done with this place.
