I have called many times to pick up a package to be told by a worker that I’ll receive the package when it’s delivered on the delivery date. If I could give this office a zero or lower, I would.
- EJEsele JarvisJan 27, 20261.0My package was supposed to be delivered and they said they “made an attempt” when in reality they didn’t because I was at home waiting for my package and when I called they said their driver forgot my package and marked it as such. They said they wouldn’t go out of their way to bring me my package they forgot but I could come pick it up or wait till the next day. Also don’t get me started on trying to call and get someone on the phone. Really hope Amazon drops them as partners.
