- KKKathleen KlikOct 17, 20225.0I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful group of people working at our Hinckley Post Office. I love the personal service they provide. Recently I had a package that was shown to be delivered, but I believed at the time that I had not received it. It was to be a gift for my granddaughter, so I was panicking that I wouldn’t have it in time. Kudos to our carrier Delaney, and Missy the Sales & Service Distribution Clerk who went above and beyond trying to help me locate it. As it turns out, the package had been delivered after all, but I mistook it for a different package & forgot about it. Don’t Ask! 🤷♀️ Missy was very gracious and understanding when I explained it to her & she was just glad I got it in time to give it to my granddaughter.
- YByuriy boychukMar 8, 20221.0Avoid this location if possible. Will not accept packages if it’s not taped up to their liking. Also one of their trucks spilled oil all over the driveway. Had it all on camera and came to talk to the branch manager and they refused any wrongdoing. Very unprofessional
