- SSSarahAug 19, 20241.0A woman named Charlene refused to allowed my aunt to send me a laptop overseas. She claimed a battery would "Take down a plane." I've taken a laptop on several international flights several times and witnessed many business men/women doing the same. The USPS websites states they allow the shipment of laptops including the batteries when correctly labeled and packaged separately which my aunt was 100% willing to do. I just personally think she doesn't want to do her job and bring money to her own company which is quite sad. My aunt even offered to take the battery out and she refused even though a laptop battery IS removable. Really poor business practices. I guess my aunt will take it elsewhere and spend her money at a BETTER informed establishment that knows their own business practices.
