    I’m not happy with there delivery!! Always delivering to wrong address!!! How can that be ??? This is unacceptable…. As much as they get paided they should be able to do there job right!!! I’m always getting some one else’s packages and mind going somewhere else… I’m done with online shipping!!!!

    Jonathan said my Ohio drivers license was not me 2x. It is obviously me. He said he didn’t want to help me but he would. I did raise my voice to him as he deserved it. He is rude unprofessional and totally incompetent. Should be fired. He got his supervisor after I said I was going to complain about him. She called me passive aggressive and obviously doesn’t know what it means because I was not trying to hide my anger or frustration. She got her boss. All comes down to the fact that they screwed up my original change of address and instead of taking responsibility apologizing they turned it around on me. I will drive to any other post office to avoid this place full of incompetent people. I have lodged a complaint with the usps also. Every time I go there there’s a problem but this one is completely unacceptable.

    Jonathan provided outstanding customer service while helping our family with three passport applications—two for our children and one for our grandchild. He was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step in detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood exactly what documents were needed. What impressed us most was that he pointed out all the common mistakes that could cause passport applications to be delayed or returned, which gave us great confidence that everything was completed correctly the first time. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way Jonathan does. His knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly attitude turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and pleasant one. Thank you, Jonathan, for going above and beyond. The post office is fortunate to have an employee like you, and we truly appreciate your exceptional service.

    I truly appreciate Jonathan's customer service! He was so nice and helpful, very thoughtful and detailed in breaking down the passport process. If you need to file your passport in person, I recommend you do it here. :)

    Wendy and especially Devon at this Hilliard location were super helpful in finding what I thought was a lost package. I know having to take these escalations on a daily can be annoying as crap despite it being apart of the role but it was nice that they stayed on top of of it and updated me along the way. My package location was found. It’s very appriated. Thank you :)
