- JHJulie HedrickJul 9, 20261.0Jonathan said my Ohio drivers license was not me 2x. It is obviously me. He said he didn’t want to help me but he would. I did raise my voice to him as he deserved it. He is rude unprofessional and totally incompetent. Should be fired. He got his supervisor after I said I was going to complain about him. She called me passive aggressive and obviously doesn’t know what it means because I was not trying to hide my anger or frustration. She got her boss. All comes down to the fact that they screwed up my original change of address and instead of taking responsibility apologizing they turned it around on me. I will drive to any other post office to avoid this place full of incompetent people. I have lodged a complaint with the usps also. Every time I go there there’s a problem but this one is completely unacceptable.
