  I specifically chose this UPS location because I needed a document notarized. Before driving over, I called to confirm that a notary was available, and I was told that there was one on site. When I arrived less than 10 minutes later, I was informed that the notary was actually on lunch and that I would need to wait another 20–30 minutes. Had I been told this during my phone call, I could have saved myself the trip and planned accordingly. Instead, I was directed to Kroger across the street to have my document notarized, only to find that there wasn’t a notary available there either. The entire reason I chose this UPS Store was because I was assured over the phone that notary services were available. Better communication about notary availability and breaks would help customers avoid unnecessary trips and wasted time.

  I am a business owner and ship packages daily. I choose this UPS branch because it is the closest location to my business. Unfortunately, I have recently been dissatisfied with the service here; my packages are often not processed or dispatched on the same day. Additionally, I frequently have to wait in line for an excessively long time. One of the main reasons for these delays is that the staff spends too much time engaging in unnecessary conversations—both among themselves and with customers—instead of efficiently managing the flow of the queue. I hope this feedback contributes to improving the service quality and efficiency at this branch. As a regular customer, I would like to continue using this UPS branch and feel confident that my shipments will be processed quickly.

  The service has gone downhill over the past few months. The clerks often have long conversations with each customer and with each other, which creates lines of people. I have waited more than 20 minutes just to drop off a package. I now try to avoid this store whenever possible. Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star.
