  Had to buy a chair for the office today. Got help right away then Colin carried it out to the car for me. Great service. Very much appreciated.

  Hoy fui con mi hijo a staples, y mi hijo quería un Needoh. Entonces se lo compre cuando llegamos al auto el abrió el needoh. Cuando lo abrió vio que estaba rotó. Mi hijo me dijo que su juguete estaba roto. Le dije que vaya y lo cambie. Cuando regreso me dijo que le dijeron que no se lo podían cambiar. Por que venía de un lugar no me recuerdo cuál. Entonces fuimos los 2 a cambiarlo, le dije si me lo cambiaba y dijo que no. Entonces hable con la gerente. Ella me dijo que no se podía. No entiendo por que venden cosas que SABEN que están dañadas las cosas. Quisiera que les podría poner 0 estrellas. Todavía no entiendo eso.

  It's...okay... It has gone down hill since they put the "bins" in. Speaking about the bins, I was walking past them and felt something stuck to my boot. Looked down and found a hunting arrow head jammed into my boot... Glad I was wearing my boots and it wasnt a kid who found it... Brought it to the cashier. Another gripe is they are called Staples, but didnt have Swingline Heavy Duty staples in the store. Had to order them online.

  Rude staff, especially the lady yesterday evening. Very condescending, not wanting to be bothered, & irritated by our presence. I caught the attitude when I 1st asked for her help & she said “what do you need” very rude, impatient & snarky but I remained cordial, let it go, & tried to explain to her “what I needed”. She cut me off & let me know my issue is with Amazon so I need to call Amazon. I did just that. The error took way longer than expected or necessary. My teenager was sitting on the wooden checkout part by the Amazon lockers (where I was standing), that was not in use literally the entire time we were there. The woman then comes up and tells my daughter “this is our register” my daughter gets up. Cool it’s not furniture, we respect that. Then she turns to me and tells me “we close in 5 minutes” I said “ok, I’m just trying to get my stuff out the locker” she responds snarky and impatient again “we still close in 5 minutes” I told the Amazon rep I was on the phone with who heard the exchange to just give me my refund & walked out. My Amazon delivery which was my daughter’s birthday stuff arrived over 24 hours later, there was miscommunication whether or not it really was delivered & once that was confirmed, the locker info to get in, as the delivery status was stuck & not updating. NONE of that is the cashier’s faults or problem. But it also was not mine. & it was the feeling of the unwanted presence & when there was communication with the staff, mainly the female team member, it was very rude, nasty, & snarky.
