- WWWesMay 15, 20261.0Was here on Thursday 5-14-26 about 1pm and the person behind the counter with white beard very rude , I have to say no customer service skills and first time here at this location never come back here again , in my 35 years going to a post office never experienced this rudeness at a post office employee, this guy should be fired especially representing a federal employee…. I see a lot of negatives about this location , and was my one time visit here and the last it will be , NEWARK post office way much better how they treat customers
- RHRaising HadleeFeb 9, 20261.0Unfortunately I have to give them at least 1 star to be able to tell you what an awful experience we just had. We run a small business and went to drop off 75 orders. The elderly woman with blonde hair who’s always there, told us that “it’s taking up her space for her other customers.” But we are customers. Our packages on up on the counter for a very brief moment while the post office person scans them in and places them into a bin behind the counter. Don’t go here if you’re a small business! Then my bf told her he appreciates her help and hopes that her day is well. No response, just straight up ignored him! Yikes :(

- ASAngela SnyderNov 15, 20241.0I will advise if you have any packages to ship, avoid USPS in Heath and use PAK Mail. Went to USPS in Heath today, that lady was very rude and arrogant. Mishandled my packages. Hope nothing is broken. Very unprofessional as it can get.
