The tracking number shows they are in no man’s land and to file a complaint you have to go online and the bot doesn’t do anything with the complaint, it gives no options to help. So frustrated right now! Will just use Fed Ex from here on out

He is out of control and has obvious aggression issue!! He continued being rude and was swinging his arms wildly telling me I couldn’t come back ever because I wrote my G like a fat J. Crazy!!
