  They delivered our extra large chest freezer and were exceptionally courteous and patient as we had to take the door off the hinges and take the hinges off the freezer for it to be brought inside.

  UPDATED: July 15th 2021. See Update at end of review. On July 8th 2021 we were supposed to have a delivery of a refrigerator. The pre delivery went very smoothly. In fact I was extremely impressed with the text updates, phone calls and based on the questions I was asked during the delivery set up phone call the company gave the impression of wanting to protect their drivers and customers from Covid. I was assured by the individual that scheduled the delivery drivers/installers would wears masks inside my home, as I have four children under vaccine age and one who is seriously immune compromised. He said it was included in the delivery instructions. Driver(s)/Installer(s) arrived without masks. Threw a fit when I explained they needed to wear masks and explained I was told they would and it was not a problem. It was on the delivery instructions. The driver actually refused to delivery my product and stomped off screaming at me that I was unprofessional. I am not sure he knows what that word means based on the way he used it. I called the logistics company, explained to them what happen…that one of their drivers literally drove off with merchandise that I already paid for. I was apologized to several times, then put on hold for several minutes and was told no one would answer the phone at the hub and they would have to email them. I waited several hours without hearing from anyone and called back. Essentially the same conversation, no one would answer the phone at the hub they would email. At the end of business tried again…same conversation, no one would answer the phone at the hub. Then I was told that someone would be in touch with my within 24 hours given the situation. July 9th The next day I heard from no one, but after making more calls I was told the same thing, that no one would answer the phone at the hub and they would email. However this time I was told someone would be back in touch within 24 to 72 hour. July 10th I started making calls again. Same conversation. I also called the company I purchased the product from. They tried to reach out and they were told that my product was not back in the warehouse yet and I needed to wait another 48 business hours for someone to call me. So basically a XPO driver refuses to deliver my merchandise and then drives off with it, two days latter it is still not in the warehouse. Who has my merchandise? The last person I saw with it was an XPO driver…driving away with merchandise that I paid for. Now it is apparently nowhere to be found. July 11th- I called XPO again and got their automated system. It also says my merchandise is not in their warehouse. So, the question in my mind is what did the driver(s) do with my merchandise? Everything coming from XPO indicates it was not returned to the warehouse. Based on the reviews that I have read I fully do not expect to receive my merchandise. I would advise anyone who has an issue with company to contact the Ohio Attorney General’s Office as well as the BBB. I would also suggest that if a company uses XPO to ask for a alternate logistics company. I plan on going through the legal system starting (Monday July 12 2021) if this is not resolved by the end of business. I will update this review with the progression of events. July 15, 2021. I would like to thank management for responding to this review and taking interest in what happened. I will be following the link provided and submitting a detailed narrative of what happened. July 15th 2021. I received a call the executive team at XPO corporate. I will say they wanted to do everything they could to make this right and sent me a letter of apology. Unfortunately we had completely canceled the order by this time. As I told the woman I spoke with at corporate, with as volatile as the driver appeared to be we had serious misgivings about another delivery attempt. Also this is our primary refrigerator that was being replaced, we really could not wait any longer. She was very empathetic and understood completely. I am impressed corporate would call.

  The gentlemen took good care of my washer and dryer. They hooked it up and everything is working great! They were respectful and curious.
