- CEChristopher EnglerAug 26, 20261.0Unfortunately, you have to give the place at least one star I was trying to give it zero. The employees at this place don’t have a clue where your package is. They have them mentality like it’s their first day on the job on top of that when they get something wrong they don’t even apologize for it. My advice is avoid trying to ship anything by USPS here in town.

I've had about 5 or 6 packages where postage was due on separate occasions that said it was at post office ready to pick up it wasn't delivered to my house and everytime they give me same run around and say it's on the truck should be delivered today I tell them it's probably a postage due since it says ready to pick up and it's from whatnot so should be back there they say we don't see it. if it don't get delivered come back. 2 occasions I had to come back once and the rest I've had to come back 3 and 4 times until they found my package. They are way to unorganized there and as a paying customer I shouldn't have to waste time and gas to come find my package or get lied to.. Hopefully they bring in new management there it's definitely not ran right.

Long story short, turns out UPS delivered to this specific location where it just sat for a month instead of being delivered to me. Tried to go get it and was told this isn't actually an operating post office?! Why does this even exist?!
