  UPDATE 9/11/26 - YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP. NEW REVIEW -20 9/11 - I took my pkg to FedEx 9/8 for a delivery no later than 9/10. Today 9/11 at 5pm FedEx delivered my package -- TO ME!!!!! She originally said it would arrive at the holding location 9/9, not guaranteed but guaranteed for 9/10. Great that's what I need. Fast forward to 9/10 - I text the recipient my FedEx tracking said it was delivered at 7:13am ready for pick up 9/10. They go after work around 5:30, no package. See ramble below!!! After all the calls last night, 9/10 back n forth - FedEx now claims package is in delivery center at Grove City and will reach holding location morning of 9/11. Throughout the night I get text updates pkg is ready for pick up at holding location next 5 days -- even tho customer service less than an hour or so ago told me it was in Grove City, OH delivery center. Then a text that says it's on its way to the holding location scheduled to arrive 9/9 (it's 9/10!) Then I get a text telling me I'm getting a package....from me!!! Now today 9/11 I get a text at 930am saying my package is scheduled to arrive at the holding facility 9/9.....again!!!!! I go online to tracking. At 4pm it says it's out for delivery from Grove City, OH at 4:55am -- TO THE HOLDING LOCATION ADDRESS. Finally!!!!!!! At 5pm 9/11 - delivery truck pulls up to my house and guy comes walking towards my house ------WITH MY PACKAGE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE HOLDING FACILITY 9/10....then 9/11....I dont think it ever once reached at holding facility. Package has sticker on it return to shipper hold expired!!!!!!!!!! It never was at hold place so the 5 day hold never had a chance to expire!!!!!!!! So I trudge off to Fedex office......again. I have no other option --- certified mail and UPS only attempt delivery so many times and during the work week the recipient isnt home during their delivery hours. I need it at the hold facility so it can be picked up after 5 and get a signature acknowledging receipt. Let's see where it ends up 9/12. FEDEX YOU ARE HORRIBLE, INEPT, YOUR TRACKING IS CRAP - The reviews circulating on how awful you are are exactly on point. Will NEVER use FedEx again. Will pay private delivery service before I experience this again. Time and expense totally unjustified. ORIGINAL REVIEW: How do you do -10. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible tracking. Horrible everything. Said package was at holding location. Called holding location said it wasn't there, back and forth 2 more times, called Fed Ex again and did a 3 way call with hold location. Confirmed not there. Fed Ex rep said they was calling previous facility, out us on hild and disconnected. So far 2 hours and no resolution. H O R R I B L E Even escalated to supervisor with no resulolution.

  If I could give this place a zero, I would it’s the second package of mine they’ve lost even with the tracking numbers they can’t find them they have told me they simply asked my name and the tracking number open up it’s not here one of them they lost was a 70 pound bag of dog food from chewy that I saw sitting there and told them I bet that’s it this last one they’ve lost they can’t locate it it shows it was delivered to their mailbox and they’re telling me they don’t have a mailbox don’t send anything here unless you want it to be lost forever and ever amen
