  They do not know how to pick up a phone and call when an email bounces back. They just keep trying to send more emails to a bad email address!!!!! What happened to old fashion customer contact to resolve issues????

  My job keeps me from being on a phone most of the time and it was nice that they understood this and would email me with what they needed from me or just keeping me informed with what was going on during the closing process even if I was not able to respond to their emails till the evening. It was nice having a company work around my schedule instead of their own and hope to have the same experience in the future on my next buying/ selling on a property whenever that time comes.
