He would like to have the independence to have his mail delivered to his mobile home so he can have the ability to retrieve himself. My mother has been jumping through hoops of rude individuals and different answers to This very clear ADA rights violation. Also being told other individuals at this mobile home park do receive these types of accommodations. I have formally made a complaint to the USPS. Being told accommodations can be made and here are the steps maam would have been completely sufficient and professional. What has transpired is an uneducated rights violation to an individual with a disability. If you don’t know that’s fine but to be so incredibly rude is beyond unnecessary
