  $5 to notarize a last minute title that took her a quick signature and a stamp…. when the banks do it for free? Last time I notarize a title at a “package store”. Plus, I’ve come to this location to drop off a package and had to pay 2 dollars for a strip of tape, weak and petty fees for 1 minute worth of work.

  Horrible service, long wait times, smells. They try to charge for everything. I’ve called corporate a few times. I’d rather drive to Shaker where they are efficient and friendly

  I usually don't mind going in there for my UPS needs. However, the last time I went in there, there were a bunch of young middle school kids hanging around inside the store, and outside the store and they were very aggressive, asking for money. I was surprised that the owner and management of the store did not remove them.When they were approaching, customers constantly asking for money. These kids were very hostile, and almost scaring some of the older customers. The same kids followed us over to mcdonald's, and since we didn't give them money, they continued to be belligerent towards us. You would think they would have a no solicitation law, or no loitering law put into place so that these kids would not bother their paying customers. I will take my business elsewhere.
