I was sent ONE qr code for them to scan which had several labels that would be printed from it. The clerk argued with me that each package has its own QR code. I tried to explain to her and show her the email from their website which explicitly stated that the QR code contained all three labels. But she wouldn't listen. I went down the road to the West Jeff location, and they were more than happy to assist me.

When I rang the bell, someone said in an annoyed voice “I’ll be right with you”, then continued to stand in the unmoving line for 15 more minutes before whomever finished their breakfast or phone call. No wonder yall are struggling.
- VFvince fryMay 28, 20261.0I normally use the Hilliard Post Office and have dropped off hundreds of packages there over the last 5 years without a single issue. In that same time period, I’ve used the Galloway Post Office about five times. Twice, I handed packages directly to an employee at the counter and left without a receipt — and twice packages later came up missing. Never even scanned in. Maybe it’s bad luck. Maybe not. But when I compare 500+ successful drop-offs at Hilliard versus 2 missing packages out of only 5 visits to Galloway, the difference speaks for itself. People can draw their own conclusions. At least wait for a scan.
