- SFSteve FoosMay 2, 20261.0Don't show up to the Fremont, Ohio office two minutes before they close. Their clock is fast, door is locked, and they'll just ignore you from the other side of the glass . All I had was a drop off that won't fit in their box. Zero stars.

It has a curbside mailbox that leaves a lot to be desired in that when exiting the driveway your visibility to see on coming traffic is hampered by poor placement of landscaping/signage and a curved street. Not ideal for those with neck strain issues.

I never shipped a package before (with USPS), when I asked how it works and what do I need to do, the one talked down to me. Now the package is lost, I will NOT use their services again.
