- AKAlison Kish5 days ago1.02nd time in 1 month.. 2 totally seperate packages... where they marked it as "delivered"... but it usnt. Nope. Its sitting in the office. Now I have to go through the whole BS process again. Calling. Getting ram in circles. Driving up there. The rude man at the desk not letting me soeak. I am a very nice person. So its hard for me to assert myself. I am very friendly with him but he cuts me off everytime.

- KSKonstantin SJul 30, 20261.0The staff at the counter are friendly, helpful, and genuinely try to assist customers. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the delivery service. The only job of the mail carrier is to deliver the package or, if nobody is home, leave a properly completed notice so the recipient can pick it up later. I was out of town for several weeks and found the delivery notice when I returned. I went to the post office, only to discover that my package had already been sent back to the sender. The notice contained absolutely no information indicating that the package would only be held for two weeks. None. To make matters worse, the post office couldn’t tell me who sent the package, where it had been returned, or even provide a tracking number. The mail carrier didn’t bother filling in any of the relevant information on the notice. Instead, they wrote four meaningless letters—no sender’s name, no address, no tracking number, nothing. As a result, my package was returned to the sender. I have no idea what it was, how valuable it was, or how important it might have been. The postal service accepts no responsibility, even though it failed to perform the most basic part of its job: taking a pen and properly filling out a simple paper notice. Extremely disappointing. This is, in effect, not a functioning service.
