- TATevin AmburgySep 23, 20261.0Poor service from employee/manager Victor Came here and all I needed was a piece of tape for the box that had to be open so that they could see it. I ship boxes every single day all over the Ohio and Kentucky area at hundreds of USPS’s Every time I’ve processed a shipment, they need to see what’s in the box, and then a single strip of tape needs to be put on the box. I have never been charged for roll of tape. He told me that there was no tape on his side as I was looking at a roll of tape. If I needed 1000 strips of tape or even three, I would’ve gladly bought one But only needed one and was forced to buy a $5 roll of tape because Victor couldn’t spare a single stripe of tape Ontop of this Bus was scolding an employee for cleaning in front of customers. Highly unprofessional. It’s reasons like this customer service is going out the door. I will never ship with USPS again

AND IM STILL NOT RECEIVING ANY MAIL NOR AM I RECEIVING ANY PACKAGES AND INSTEAD OF DOING REDELIVERY OR ATTEMPTING MY DOOR THEY ARE SENDING ALL MY PACKAGES BACK TO SENDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AT ALL! THATS AGAINST THE LAW TO MESS WITH PEOPLES MAIL AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER NEEDS TO BE FIRED! IMMEDIATELY!!!
