  This store is absolutely amazing!!! My family was in town for my grandma's funeral. We needed somewhere to print out the funeral program. I called around to several print shops in the area. The price quoted at each place was astronomical. Called the UPS Store. Mariah was so helpful over the phone. I was able to email her the program, she printed front and back, plus folded the programs for us. She went above and beyond to help my family during a difficult time. Although I don't live in town, I would definitely recommend this store and use them again when I'm in the area! Great customer service, attention to detail, and just geniune care for the customer!

  I’ve been to this store for Amazon returns probably 10+ times and I’ve never had a bad experience. These people are always so friendly, no matter if there is 1 or 15 people in the store. Thanks for always having a smile on your faces and having a positive attitude!

  Let me just say that I am impressed with the UPS store number# 2447 in Findlay, Ohio. The clerk is so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and… Fast! My returns to Amazon were processed efficiently. Unfortunately, I did not get the ladies’s name, but it was a Sunday morning 10 AM March 1 and she had spiky black hair. Thank you for Hiring such competent employees. She needs a raise and a cookie..
