Though long lines seem to occur frequently, the agents always seem to be in a good mood and willing to help out any way they can. No complaints here.

Usually I would understand the total loss of the item, however, I called and they assured me they would hand it over to ups via weekly pickup or Dropbox same day near their location. They even stated they would call the postman running the route to set it aside. Package was never handed off. Assuming trashed or stolen at this point.

This location definitely needs updated and some staff need trained on handling packages while putting them in collection bins.
