This last visit got there 5 minutes before closing and was told they shut their registers down try again tomorrow. I know at the end of the day we are all ready to go home, but you were work in public service. If it was closing time can’t be mad, but you service clients until closing.

Like I didn’t request for my packages to be delivered to this address. I’m so annoyed, because now they don’t have a pickup option until tomorrow and the same for a redelivery. Also the number to the post office keep going to a busy time.
- PRP RMar 17, 20261.0I sent 2 letters via certified mail. One was eventually returned to me after around a month. They are supposed to be returned within 5 days of failure to deliver. The second one was mailed 2.5 months ago and was never delivered or returned. Apparently it is lost in their "system." I have no idea if the entire postal service is this inefficient, or it is just this branch, but this is the last place I would do business.

- SLSista LuvJan 30, 20233.0We use to have a great Mail carrier that came to our building here at The Vista but now I don't know what is going on. Some of my mail is being put in the mail box in the [East building Kim Cox] instead of the [West Building Sharlena Cox 1010] and sometimes they put Thomas Cox [#2164 East Building] mail in my box as well. This is a very bad problem when it's bill time and you don't get your mail on time. Trying to contact someone at the Postal Office about this matter is very hard as well. Most of the time you get the automated system and No one gets back to you.
