A birthday package for my daughter in Florida containing her grandmother's memorial ashes was accidentally misdelivered to a local factory. Rob personally drove out there and dug through multiple bulk mail bins to look for it, not knowing I had reused an Amazon shipping bag to be eco-friendly. Once I told Rob what to look for, he went back to the factory a *second* time, successfully found the package, properly repacked it himself, and got it safely on its way to Florida. Thank you, Rob—you have no idea how much this means to my daughter and me! 💝
