- ASAliyah Shepherd5 days ago3.0Andrew & the girls who work up front are amazing!! the three start review is for the kiosk machine that hasn’t worked properly in a year or more why offer it if it’s not going to work 99% of the time for printing labels smh I find it ridiculous I have to go to Avon or out of the way just to use their kiosk & to drop my packages off 😒

There was one clerk and a very small line (maybe 4-5 people including me) the clerk was sighing and making exasperated noises when each person left and just seemed around unhappy being at work. It’s finally my turn and two-three new transactions for the clerk to do come in and I step aside to fill out the paperwork. Jessica (the clerk) told me to fill out the card and just bring it back. When I wanted to fill it out and do it now since I was there—more than happy to step aside for her so she can take care of the customers that came in and she sighs harder and said fine whatever. The family after me finishes up and I step back to her stall since there is no active line. After throwing the paper down on the counter at me to fill out—I put it back on the counter along with my ID and Jessica gets angry about it and makes a very angry face. She didn’t do any typing on her screen or anything—just looked at my ID and angrily gave it back. I told her to have a great day and she sneered and said a backhanded ‘have a nice day’ so I told her to have an even better day because it sounds like she needs it more than anything. I doubt she even did the address change since I am STILL not receiving mail at my new address currently AFTER NEARLY TWO WEEKS. If you hate the general public—find a different job that is not public facing.
