- JJJoshSep 20, 20265.0Had an expensive delivery of live aquarium fish that got delivered in the wrong parcel lockbox in my community. The fish were sensitive enough to overnight temp drops that they might've died if left overnight. I contacted the office directly and got great help from the woman who answered. She coordinated with their Postmaster to send someone out to fix the issue. Postmaster himself stopped by my community, recovered the package from the inaccessible lockbox, and met me at my home - not a single fish died. This place takes what they do seriously and I'm very grateful to both the Postmaster and the employee who helped me get his assistance. Thanks all!
- DHDanielle HobbsAug 26, 20261.0Absolutely ridiculous. USPS shoved my son’s birthday gift into the mailbox so tightly that the entire collectible box was crushed, ripped, and completely ruined. This was a NECA horror figure, and anyone who collects these knows he the condition of the packaging matters. I called USPS expecting at least some kind of help or accountability, only to be told there was basically nothing they could do. How is damaging someone’s package during delivery and then saying “there’s nothing we can do” acceptable? This wasn’t just some random package… it was my son’s birthday gift, and now the box is destroyed because someone couldn’t take an extra few seconds to properly deliver it instead of forcing it into a mailbox it clearly didn’t fit in. I’m beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed with how this was handled.
