  Had a poster printed up for my son's shower, did the process online, it was very easy and the price is reasonable. Poster turned out great, the only issue I had was when I called the store to see if the poster was ready for pickup. The associate did not look to see if it was ready but asked when I did the online order and said it should be ready because of when I placed it.

  I was in Elyria Ohio. Needed something quickly and a sales associate went above and beyond to assist me. I believe she was or SHOULD be the store manager. I was so impressed and appreciative I gave her a GC!!!!

  The staff are severely rude. The men that "work "the desk for AMAZON are severely disrespectful. Both of them don't want to talk or do their job. They could not make it anymore known. They act like they don't see you and don't want to do their job. Sorry, but Amazon returns is the only thing keeping the store open. I have never once been rude to them but they are definitely rude and make it known they do not want to help you. I reported this company to the main corporation and BBB. Next is Amazon. Honestly ,hopefully this store will close like the rest and the two men can actually have to go somewhere they have to work. The owner of this company needs to get these two under control because it is only hurting this store, and how much can this store really take ? The customers that come to return amazon do not deserve to be belittled or treated with such disrespect. I have never seen such disgrace . This is two people who have no idea what work really is. For the company owner, start paying attention to what is going on. Its all over Facebook and everyone you talk to says the same exact thing.No one deserves this treatment because they are miserable. I will further this until something is done. Everyone needs to keep spreading the word even more and get this handled!!

  Drove 25min to make an Amazon return here bc Amazon said it had to be returned at a staples. The guy wouldn't take it saying the box was too big and wouldn't fit in his boxes. And that I had to take it to another location (the nearest staples is probably 45min to an hr from there! When I tried to explain it had to be a return at staples he said he didn't work for amazon. I said it should fit and asked to try it and he said even if it does fit it would be all that could fit in the box and that they had limited number of boxes. Plenty if smaller items would have fit on top of this box, in his box. He simply didn't want to be helpful and/or put another box together bc other 10 ir so that we there had stuff in them! I have no idea.... just told me as soon as I put the box in the counter that he couldn't take it. Pretty sure he's getting paid the same either way.... and just didn't want to be helpful! There are no other staples near me...I should have asked for a manager and should have taken pictures! So maddening and so ridiculous!!! Definitely won't ever go back to this location!
