The lady working today was rude and not helpful. If I could put 0 stars I would. Brought a package in to be sent out. She informed me I had to remove every sticker from the box I used. Mind you they were not old shipping stickers or hazard stickers like listed, they were just bar code stickers/info from the suppliers box. I’ve never had to do this before as long as there wasn’t an old shipping label on the box it could be used. She told me I had to pick them all off. I asked if they had a sharpie so I could just cross off the bar codes and she said no. I find it hard to believe you have no type of sharpie or marker or anything. Didn’t offer any help or suggestions, just that I needed to sit there any pick off all little pieces of stickers. She was just rude and can tell she doesn’t want to work or do her job. I left and decided to take my box to Lima post office downtown and they didn’t say a thing about the stickers or ask me to cross them out. Wont be going back to this location.

The lady that works there is very rude, mind you I was kindly returning a package for someone due to them being at work and they informed me they brought the package in the day prior to be returned and the lady was also rude to them and didn’t take the package due to it not being tapped up so it was brought back tapped up in original package and she proceeded to tell me that the package needed to be separated into 2 separate packages when it only came in one, so that was our mistake but then when I proceeded to ask if she had anything I could use to separate and tape back up she said no and then pretty much declined service. I don’t think you should speak to anyone like that. Even if I was in the wrong being rude when i’m trying to figure out the right way to go about this is inconsiderate and ugly that lady should not be in customer service if she’s going to give you an attitude for simply asking a question. I don’t even wanna give them a star but it won’t let me be petty and post a comment without it.
