  I strongly advise avoiding this USPS location based on my experience. I shipped a package using Click-N-Ship and dropped it off in-person at this location with a SCAN form about a week ago. The tracking has been stuck on “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending” ever since. I also attempted to call this local branch directly and received no answer. I returned a week later after the package was supposed to be delivered to ask about it in person. I was told they “don’t scan packages” due to being short-staffed and was directed to call the USPS national phone number, which I had already done, with no further assistance or attempt to resolve the issue. There was no accountability or effort to help locate or resolve the missing scan. In addition, Eric was extremely rude and unprofessional during the interaction. Other customers in line appeared uncomfortable by the behavior. If you value your time, your package, and basic customer service, go somewhere else.

  first time mailing and overseas package and Eric was very helpful and detailed in explaining the customs form. long line/wait time due to it being a weekend before the holidays and there being only one postal worker in the entire building so factor that into your plans if you're planning to go.

  One of the worst Post Offices in Columbus. Take the five minutes and head to the P.O off of Emerald Pkwy for quicker lines. The five minute drive will end up saving you time, as shawan falls post office loves to employ the worst lady in all of columbus. She is what makes this Post Office unbearable. The short, fat, blonde lady - you can't miss her, as she'll often be the only one at the counter, because Eric (the one good employee there, and the reason the rating is 2 stars), is often in the back avoiding her radius of unpleasantness. From her unneccesary small talk (we're talking 15 minute conversations) with the blue-hairs after they've already paid for their 2 stamps with pennies, to her condescending tone with people who thought USPS would be a better courier option, she routinely finds ways to ruin your day. Her favorite options for inducing suicide include: Untimely breaks, general ignorance of her position, infrequent compliance to procedures, slow walking speeds and how could we forget; the general apathy that appears in the form of patronizing sarcasm. I am 99% sure the Federal Government used her in Psy-OP campaigns to encourage enlistment in Mujahideen, as well as enhanced interrogation techniques in Guantanamo Bay. But due to budget cuts, her pensionless, unfulfilled self still needed a form of sadism and income in order to survive. She is the human form of waterboarding. She is Chumbawamba on repeat.
