Absolutely ridiculous. Their posted policy explicitly states they accept walk-ins for passports before 10:30 AM. I showed up well before the cutoff, only to be turned away because there were a grand total of two people ahead of me. Apparently, the United States Postal Service can't handle a staggering crowd of two whole customers at once. Last time I checked, it isn't my job to help the USPS manage their staffing levels or schedule employees to accommodate basic, single-digit demand. If you cannot honor your own posted hours and rules due to poor planning, stop offering the service entirely. Complete waste of time.

I am terribly sorry that I want to rate zero for my today’s experience at this USPS facility. I officially moved from Iowa to Ohio for two weeks. Somehow when I tried the change-of-address via USPS website, the new address cannot be verified and accepted by USPS system while actually I am able to receive mails to my new home delivered my USPS. So I think I’ll just go to USPS office as I believe USPS staff will provide the professional service even though there is bug with their system. That’s why I walked into 43016 USPS facility. I stated the issue to the staff behind the counter. It’s good that she understood the issue. When I asked if she can manually change the address for me, she said she needed a barcode and said the barcode should be in my e-mail usually at the bottom. I may have missed but I don’t think I received any barcode via e-email. Anyway I started searching emails from USPS and presented several to her but no barcode was found. While I was still trying to search emails standing in front of the counter, the lady requested me to step aside because clearly she wanted to serve the other customers in the line behind me. I stopped searching emails because the signal was poor inside the facility and stepped out with so many questions unanswered: - Why cannot my new address be verified by USPS system but I could receive mails delivered by USPS to my new home? - There will inevitably be bugs with computer systems that’s why people are needed onsite to solve the problems. Why cannot USPS staff use my ID to change my mail delivery address? - If I don’t have the barcode, who is responsible for sending it to me? - I understand facility staff are proving onsite service to customers. Am I not a customer then? Issue not resolved, also frustrated with today’s visit.

Was expecting Certified delivery to arrive two days ago. Tracking with no updates. No one answers the phone at post office and online chat useless. Frustrated with the total lack of effort plus the fact that neighborhood mail kiosk has been left unlocked several times and mail consistently delivered to wrong addresses. Any contact I've had with anyone from USPS doesn't seem to care about any of these issues.
