- CRCheryl RustJul 23, 20261.0Postmaster refuses to deliver my packages to my house because I want them to open a screen door that is right in front of them. Something that has been done by every single other carriers for over 12 years. This postmaster doesn't like me and the feeling is VERY mutual. The carrier writes up fake false cards saying that he tried to deliver when that was never done. I'm suppose to pick up my packages because this postmaster can't do something that was NEVER spoken against for over a decade. This post office is AWFUL beyond AWFUL. Don't understand why I have to argue about something I've never had a problem with for over 10 years. Just because you don't like a person doesn't mean you don't do your job. Personal feelings are suppose to be left at home. Grudges and lies are this place.

- TCT CApr 17, 20261.0Went in to talk to someone about how I keep finding other people's mail in my mailbox and my mail on the ground. Gave a list of the last names that live in my home because we keep getting everyone elses mail. Never received any call and im still getting mail for people that dont live here. Finding my mail in the cornfield should be grounds for termination at a federal agency that is suppose to be held at a higher standard but the people that run the postal office in delphos are rude and act like they dont care. Its not a daycare either but they bring their baby to work often and then hold your packages because they dont have a driver due to no babysitter. Shut it doen and turn over routes to fort jennings
