  🚨 WHAT IS GOING ON WITH USPS IN DEFIANCE? 🚨 I normally stay quiet, but enough is enough. Since last October, our experience with USPS in Defiance has been a nightmare. First, the mail carrier repeatedly drove through our yard instead of using the driveway or street. The result? ❌ Two broken sprinkler heads ❌ Approximately $475 in damages ❌ Deep mud tracks through the yard ❌ Dead grass and property damage We never even filed a claim for the damage. Then things got worse. Because parking at the post office can be difficult and because we ship more than 40 packages every week through our businesses, we decided to get a mailbox at Pack & Post in Defiance. We completed the address change process. Yet packages and mail that were supposed to be forwarded were reportedly returned because our new mailbox address was said to “not exist.” So we went one step further and updated our address directly with banks, vendors, and other companies. And we’re STILL not consistently receiving mail. At this point, I honestly don’t know how a customer is supposed to receive mail when: • The address has been changed • The mailbox exists • The companies have the correct address • Mail still doesn’t arrive For a small business owner, mail is not a luxury. It’s how we receive payments, documents, tax information, and business correspondence. I am sharing this because I want answers and because I know we are not the only people who have experienced issues. In the meantime, if you’re a small business owner or online seller, I highly recommend: ✅ Using Pirate Ship for discounted shipping labels ✅ Supporting Pack & Post, a local business that has always treated us professionally and respectfully ✅ Exploring alternatives whenever possible Small businesses deserve reliable service.

  Had to change my old review because on 5/28/26 I had great experience getting my address and mailbox changed. I had a pretty difficult and confusing situation happen, and they were able to help me and were kind and patient the whole way through. Thank you

  By far the worst postal experience I’ve ever had. I had a package go missing (a gift for someone) and I submitted an inquiry, and received no response. I received an automatic follow up survey asking how my experience with my inquiry was, and I was brutally honest and said that nobody had reached out to me and nothing had been done. Some amount of weeks later and I’ve received no response to either my initial complaint or my follow up complaint. I’ve had to accept that my package is just gone.

  I hope all staff at this location will be well compensated and well staffed , as well as well supervised so they can deliver their mission of delivering efficient, secure and reliable mails to all of us, their service is still needed in this day and age of electronic gadgets.
