- CACrystal Albert4 days ago1.0All I wanted was to hold my mail and apparently there are specific post offices that do zip codes. Well I didnt know that and the lady tore up the paper in front of me and yelled in my face! Saying this isnt the post office for this zip code and didnt even tell me which one. If there was 0 stars thats what they get.
- GLGabriella LawsonJun 20, 20261.0Not a post office, it’s one online kiosk. Package drop was jammed and there’s no one to talk to so I had to put mine in the Mail Drop and of course now there’s no tracking update either cause they probably don’t even know it’s jammed up

Guy walking back and forth think he stop for a min help out the young lady do it all. It’s ridiculous and service Week after week I hate leaving bad reviews, but perhaps sooner or later something will be done on this issue . I kid you not It’s week after week Been in line now for 38 minutes

They are horribly rude and unprofessional and just flat out unkind as hell and EXTREMELY unhelpful. The customer service representative also didn’t communicate at all really but when she did speak she was angry and crazy rude. Avoid if you can. Why do you work in customer service if you’re going to be unnecessarily angry and extremely mean and unfriendly and most of all unhelpful to nice customers. She had a big attitude and was very angry and mean the whole time start to finish. She thought every single thing on my ID was fake for no reason like the address part and even my last name and she had no reason at all to think anything wasn’t true?? Then whenever she was wrong she didn’t even apologize or get any less rude. She stayed rude the whole time. Even if you aren’t going to get in any kind of trouble for being rude and unhelpful to people you should do better for the sake of being able to take pride in your character and how you make others feel and help shape how their day goes
