- JAJacklyn AlexaAug 18, 20261.0They put up a sign that says 15 minute break with no mention of when the 15 minutes started. I waited as long as I could, but had an appointment and had to leave. I wasn’t able to drop off my package because they have no drop off box. This isn’t the first time I have had to leave because no one is working. What kind of post office is this?? People have things to do and important packages to send. I can’t stand this post office.

I have gone to this post office to complain about the issue around three different times, and nobody seems to care. Every time I visited, I was told that the manager would call me back to resolve the problem, but I never received a single call. What makes this even worse is that I know I’m not the only one dealing with this. Several of my neighbors have experienced the same problem with their mail not being delivered properly. The customer service is terrible, the management is unprofessional, and nothing is being done to fix an issue that has been going on for far too long. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and a huge disappointment.
