If everybody had 10 percent of his kindness to give the world would be a better place. Thankyou Eric for making mailing my packages to Oklahoma and Florida an easy process, and thankyou for not belittling me for not knowing how to do so.

- CRCathy RogersJun 5, 20261.0Only one person working, don't have supplies you need. Don't answer the phone when returning a call. Air conditioning doesn't work. I was 3rd person in line and waited in line for an hour, even then they didn't have labels and told me to go to the self help line. There were 3 people that I saw working in the back. After that they lost the package and can't track it. Horrible service. Will not go back, ever. If it weren't a government office they would have been closed years ago.

I stood in line for 50 minutes, and that's despite three people ahead of me who left out of frustration from standing so long. I'm glad this isn't my regular PO so I never have to go back. Was picking up a letter for a friend.
