- JAJeff AkinsAug 18, 20261.0They refuse to answer their phones. i have been trying for over an hour and every time the call rings nonstop and eventually times out. They lost my medication when it arrived in Cincinnati and I was told by USPS customer service that they were unable to figure out why it never left that facility and that my only hope to locate it is to call my local post office on Paragon Road immediately. I've been there several times to pick up my son's medication and every time am greeted with a bad attitude and the sense of urgency of a sloth. I'm sure there has to be a couple good employees there, but for everyone else it is upsetting that, with so many unemployed people out there, people like this can still hold onto jobs that an ethical, hard working citizen should be allowed to fill.

It’s happens every few months. Plus there have been many time we didn’t receive our mail until between 7-8:30 p.m. this is unacceptable . It never happened when we got our mail delivered from the Bellbrook office. Also twice in the last eight months I put a mail hold but our mail was still delivered while we were gone. This is unacceptable.
