- YBYoselin Bolano3 days ago1.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 😡 West Carrollton USPS Location — Monday, August 31, 2026 I just left this USPS location, and I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way I was treated. The only employee there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked her for help, and instead of assisting me politely, she responded with a very rude attitude and told me to fill out my address information. When I tried to ask another question, she simply looked at me while chewing gum, with an annoyed and disrespectful attitude, as if helping me was an inconvenience. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I came in simply asking for assistance, and there was absolutely NO REASON for me to be treated this way. Very disappointing experience. USPS seriously needs to address the customer service at this location. After this experience, I can understand why there are so many negative reviews about this location.
