I waited probably 15 minutes to get to the front and asked the clerk to assist me with a tracking issue. The young lady was nice and was explaining her answer. I asked a clarifying question as a follow up. The clerk (Fran) on the other side of the counter said - very loudly - "You need to leave. We have other people waiting in line we have to help". I honestly didn't think she was talking to me. I was with the clerk 60 seconds, maybe 90 at most. She then yelled, "She doesn't have time to explain that again. You need to leave. We have a lot of people here". I know my mouth was agape. I said, "Well, I'm a paying customer just like all these other people." She again told me to leave because they were busy. I did leave because there was no need for a scene AND apparently no supervisor was on duty. However, UNBELIEVABLE. I wish I had a video.
