- BTBen ThomasApr 24, 20261.0Its hit or miss if we get out packages, mostly miss lately, some days we don't even get anything, I've been waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive a week ago, when I call the number for them it just rings and rings and runs until it gives me a busy signal, I've tried for hours before. Only success ib ever had is calling the tipp city post office and asking for help. They called the payne ave one and after a few days I got my stuff. A total joke. And dont get my started on the 1800 number for the post office, it sucks!!

It's almost astounding how they're able to mess everything up, every single time. Scientists should study the folks who work at this facility, as it's truly fascinating at how terrible they are at their jobs.
- KJKrystal JamesApr 1, 20261.0DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION WITHOUT AN APPT FOR PASSPORT… they will refuse to take you, say they don’t accept walk-ins even though the website says they do. They will also tell you that they stop passports at 1230 even though the website doesn’t state that. Super disappointing and irritating when you drive 20+ minutes and they give you a hard time. Do not recommend this location.
