This store sucks, I called in and asked if they accept Amazon delivery packages the answer was yes with a five-dollar charge. They did not accept the package when it arrived, I called in and they said that somebody told me the wrong information. I asked them to make it right and to accept the package if I have it rescheduled, because I did everything in my power to not screw myself over. They said no too bad, I can't reschedule my package to another address, I need to reorder the package. Stay away from this UPS store they'll tell you one thing and do the other. They can't even make right what is wrong.

Is negative feedback for assistant manager, Megan … Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at this UPS drop-off location. Before bringing eight large boxes inside, I called and specifically asked whether they could accept them. I was told yes. I carried the first box inside, and an employee gave me instructions on how to ship it. Based on those instructions, I went back to my truck and carried the remaining seven boxes into the store. Only after I had brought everything inside did the assistant manager tell me they could not accept the boxes. This should have been clearly explained when I called or when I brought in the first box. Instead, they wasted my time and made me carry eight boxes for nothing. The assistant manager was poorly informed, unhelpful, and clearly needs additional training in customer service and UPS procedures. I will never use this location again.

I've sent hundreds of packages through UPS, but this is the first and only store where I was told they "don't accept retail packaging" and "must use a shipping box." So I had to drive back home and back to the store after repacking, wasting 15 minutes of my time.
