  I've sent hundreds of packages through UPS, but this is the first and only store where I was told they "don't accept retail packaging" and "must use a shipping box." So I had to drive back home and back to the store after repacking, wasting 15 minutes of my time.

  I've used the services of this UPS store many times and have enjoyed a consistently outstanding experience. The store offers many services, seems very efficient, and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Recently, I needed to have documents notarized due to the passing of my Mother. Kaleigh went beyond doing an excellent job with the documents. She took the time to offer kind and thoughtful words to me that really lifted my spirits, and I will always be grateful for her empathy and compassion.

  Needed to send a realtively small package at the cheapest rate, and it was just under 100$. The person who checked me out did not seem to know how to optimize the or really how to run transaction at all. I paid the price because I wasn't about to argue with someone who didn't seem to know what to do without my added disdain. I called the corporate number later to ensure i had the best price and not a single person could find my transaction with applicable info from my receipt nor could they give me any kind of information about pricing. Absolutely never using ups again. I should have just waited to go to fedex or usps.
